Pilgrimage of Beauty:
Autumn Splendor in Japan

October 16–24, 2025
This October, we set off on an exclusive journey into the poetic heart of Japan — Osaka, Nara, and Kyoto.
Designed for seasoned travelers who’ve already touched the visible layers of Japan, this route invites a deeper encounter — one that reaches for the country’s soul.
8 days -
8 like minded people
Curated rhythm of intimate discovery, personal guidance, and refined comfort — where every moment is considered, every detail intentional.
Autumn is Japan’s most lyrical season
Temples awash in crimson and amber maple leaves, the air crisp with the quiet clarity of harvest.
It’s a time for reflection, renewal, and slow, graceful transformation.
Days 1-3. Osaka
Osaka is Japan’s culinary capital and a symbol of warmth, humor, and street-side energy. With its bold gastronomic culture, the vibrant Dotonbori district, and spiritual sites like Shitennō-ji, it sets the tone for our journey — grounded, yet full of vivid expression. Here, we’ll savor dinners that reflect both the refined minimalism of seasonal cuisine and the joyful spirit of kuidaore — the art of eating without restraint.
Nara is the spiritual heart of Japan, where majestic Buddhist temples stand alongside peaceful deer in the parks, and the silence of ancient shrines fills the soul with serenity.
Kyoto is the birthplace of the tea ceremony, ikebana, Zen Buddhism, traditional crafts, and the most iconic forms of Japanese makeup and kimono. It was home to Nobel Prize–winning author Yasunari Kawabata, whose novels capture the quiet beauty and gentle nostalgia of this city.
Ven. Kusala Thero
The mentor: buddhist monk
Our trip will be guided by Dr.Kusalagnana thissa Thero, doctor of Buddhist literature and psychology, master of meditation, a Buddhist monk.
At the age of seven he was ordained as a novice monk. He subsequently obtained his master's degree and diploma in arts, and then the doctorate in Psychological Counseling and Buddhist Psychology. He currently lives in the Buddhist temple in Balapitiya, a town within the Galle district of Sri Lanka, and supervises the Damma Sunday school of more than 200 students that offers ethical education to the young inhabitants.

Every year Thero travels around the world with his meditation workshops and private psychological consultations. Over the past few years he has visited and given workshops in Canada, New Zealand, Vietnam, Bulgaria, Japan, Cambodia, Malaysia, France, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, etc.
Indulge in comfort and luxury
Each day will be gently laced with Japanese beauty rituals — from seasonal treatments using rice bran and camellia oil to traditional kimono dressing, incense meditation, and mindful bathing in healing onsen waters.
